Previous positions include President of an international consumer products company and Chief Financial Officer of a regional wholesale and distribution firm. His consulting client base has included a diverse range of industries and firms ranging from biotechnology to power plant equipment manufacturing companies.

Tom's particular business skills enables him to quickly perceive the underlying business issues and to generate and execute practical solutions. He has demonstrated the unique ability to align all of the business elements with one another for successful implementation of strategy. Tom's combination of general management and financial background gives him the expertise to add the necessary credibility to business planning and financing packages.

Tom holds an MBA from the University of Connecticut and a BS in Accounting from Bentley College.

Her career as a President and Consultant has encompassed a scope of achievements from running a rapidly growing and highly profitable business to revitalizing companies during challenging times. During her 20+ years in business, Elizabeth has successfully executed organizational change in both times of crisis and stability through a model of focused strategic leadership enhanced by employee participation.

Elizabeth’s background in new business development includes the creation and successful international rollout of new product lines. The ability to quickly drill down and clearly communicate objectives, her market-driven strategies, and high-efficiency deadline-oriented performance are the hallmarks to her business approach.

Elizabeth holds an Executive MBA from Anna Maria College and a BS from Metropolitan State College in Denver, CO.
